    Hi there

    I have just started Prolon today, food was lovely I am slightly hungry having just had my last bite, but looking forward to the results!

    It would be great to hear how others are getting on?

    I'm on day 4 of my second cycle. I found this cycle much easier.. It think it's partially mental. I knew what to expect this time around. Loved the results last time so I'm really looking forward to looking at my numbers!

      I m on day 3 of my second cycle , and I found this cycle much harder I though would be much easer :-( ...looking forward to get to day 5 and on day 6 have a small glass of bier :-)

    Hi, I’m on day 4 first time round. I’m feeling pretty good but keeping myself quite quiet. I had a bad headache for the whole of day 2 which paracetamol did not cure. But I’m now feeling fine. I’m hoping to continue for more cycles. I’m extreeky interested in weight loss as well as all the other health benefits. I’m 55 years old. Good luck everyone!

      Hi there, today I am on day 3, and so far so good. Yesterday was a bit hard, but today I feel much better. I am not too hungry. Good luck everyone.

        Day 3 was my worst. I've done it 3 times now and the day 4 and 5, I'm in the zone.

          Hi - I've got the kit and I'm planning to start on Sunday (Feb 24). Anybody else want to 'buddy up' for the week? I have done intermittent fasting and the 5:2 for over 5 years now. But is there anything else - food, preparation - that I should consider in the build-up? Thanks

            Hello, i live in France and read Prof Valter Longo book. i decided to try out the FMD and im now on day 5 . i m 55 years old.
            i had a slight head ache on day 2 , but i went as usual to my salsa classes -2 hours , i had a bad night between day 2 and 3 and threw up my morning tea on day 3 ,
            than i felt better and decided to go for a long walk , i walked 10 km . i decided to push on olive oil and drank 0.04 liters ( that is about 5 tablespoons, than it was quite easy , i went out dancing yesterday on day 4 and i feel wel on dey 5. i lost 2 kg .
            i find this experience really amazing.
